"The Presidency and UFOs"
l Grant has been involved in Ufology since May 1975 with the sighting of an object which became known as
'Charlie Red Star'. The main area of sightings occured in Carmen, Manitoba, about 25 miles NW of the
Canadian-US border. Hundreds of sightings occured during the 1975-76 flap.
He had many sightings over the next 18 months and spent countless days photographing a series of strange
objects and interviewing hundreds of witnesses.
Grant then began to research the works of the late Wilbert B. Smith who headed the Canadian government
flying saucer investigation known as Project Magnet, which ran from 1950-1954. This lead to the discovery
of former Penn State University President, Dr Eric Walker, who was identified by Dr Robert Sarbacher, as
a key person inside the UFO cover-up. Grant then teamed up with T. Scott Crain to research and write a
book titled, 'UFO's, MJ-12, and the Government', published by MUFON.
In the past few years, Grant, has turned his research interests to the involvement and actions of the
Presidents of the United States in the UFO dilemma. He has made 13 trips to the National Archives and most
of the various presidential archives looking for presidential UFO material. One highlite of his
presidential UFO research was a FOIA to the White House Office of Science and Technology, which yielded
1,000 pages of the UFO documents from the Clinton administration. Many of these findings have been

Grant is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and will be stopping here to speak to us, and then on to
Laughlin for the week long UFO Congress, where he will speak Monday morning the 25th.
Grant has been on the History Channel as well, he will be speaking at the X-Conference

This month we'll be at the Park Library 4870 S 27th West at 2PM on January 26th. Aliendave will be the
speaker..although he says he doesn't have anything to say. So if folks will ask questions, on all the things he was talking about at December's pot luck, we'll probably be able to fill the time. He now has a
computer and connection to the web. So he will be updating current information. I haven't heard from
Mark but assume he will continue assisting Dave bringing the web site up to date.
UPDATE: I have just recieved copies of the short film "UFO HUNTERS" we (UUFOH) did with the Niagara College in 2005. I will be bring it to show at the meeting, its about 25 minutes long. I also have tons of UUFOH stickers for anyone interested $5 - 10
