BLT field-team reports the following: No compass anomalies noted. Apical node-length changes are subtle and plant samples were obtained to evaluate this parameter. No expulsion cavities seen. Magnet drag around one of the circles retrieved some magnetic material, but the soil was quite damp and so surface soil samples were taken from the other 3 circles for evaluation in the lab. The full protocol for the new BLT mycorrhizal fungi study, including surface and core soil samples, was carried out.
Landowner's son reported that his cell phone failed to work in, and near, the formation on Sunday. BLT fieldworkers report that, while trying to photograph lay details on Tuesday, they had to replace 3 sets of batteries (4 batteries each time) in their camera. A local witness has also reported unusual aerial light phenomena, but this report has not yet been confirmed.
Farm owner Paul Prior has now posted his property with "NO TRESPASSING" signs and has requested that the public not enter his field. [BLT has suggested, as we always do, that he consider mowing a pathway into and around the formation so that the public can participate after paying a fee, but he has apparently decided not to follow this option.] More details will be offered as soon as the field team has had time to organize their notes and conduct further interviews. A brief report on this formation did appear in the Daily Herald newspaper (<http://www.harktheherald.com>www.harktheherald.com) on June 29th and the photo attached to this email is from the paper's Photo Gallery - photo #305.
A mysterious design that appeared Sunday in a wheat field off south Main Street in Spanish Fork is being deemed as possibly nonhuman by supposed extraterrestrial experts.
Nancy Talbott, who heads a science team called BLT (Burke, Levengood and Talbott) Research out of Cambridge, Mass. , sent local volunteers to the area Tuesday to do field work on the four-circle design.
The two volunteers, identified only as Melissa C. and her daughter Hannah, were searching for microfungal anomalies in the barley; the presence of which, Talbott says, suggests some type of nonhuman interaction.
"There's a lot of sacred geometric patterns in these circles," Melissa said, noting that one of the smaller circles was nonsymmetrical, a possible indication of extraterrestrial involvement.
The two Springville residents have since completed their field work, but the results are not yet available.
Lucius Farish, an Arkansas man who has studied crop circles and other unexplainable anomalies for years, said there are many things researchers look for in newly formed crop circles.
"They look for footprints and they take samples for various phenomenon," Farish said. "Sometimes the nodes at the joints of the plants are exploded because of microwave energy."
Farish learned about the Spanish Fork crop circle earlier this week and was immediately interested in documenting as much information as possible.
"I've been interested in UFOs for years," he said. "But I can't tell you who made crop circles, why they were made or where they'll pop up next." Reports by locals are increasingly curious.
Gustavo Lopez, an employee of the nearby Spanish Fork Motors, said he heard a dog whining and yelping when he arrived to work at 5 a.m. Sunday.
"Other residents in the area said they heard the dog too," Talbott said. "It's common for animals to exhibit uncommon behavior in situations like these."
Deputy Staci Petro of the Utah County Sheriff's Office investigated the scene and determined $300 worth of damage was caused to landowner Paul A. Prior's crops. Prior said damages have jumped to more than $1,000 because of downtime and loss of work.
Police said they believe the suspects entered the field during the night and created the crop circles only to attract attention. Prior suspects it wouldn't be too hard for a couple of young people to make the circle by dragging wood posts in circular patterns. "I can't say I'm 100 percent sure, but I just think it was vandals that worked it," Prior said. "If we're going to be translated, that will be fine, too."
Utah County Sheriff's Office have since decided the unusual creation is within Spanish Fork city limits and have turned it over to Spanish Fork Police.
The Spanish Fork police station said they have had numerous calls from people inquiring about the latest possible extra terrestrial phenomenon.

Spanish Fork field takes on uncommon characteristic
Todd Hollingshead DAILY HERALD
A few south Spanish Fork residents awoke to an unfamiliar sight Monday morning when a mysterious crop circle appeared in a wheat field just off Main Street.
The roughly 100-foot-diameter circle is located on the east side of Main Street, about 100 yards south of Spanish Fork Motors.
Residents of the area said the circle must have appeared Monday because they didn't see it Sunday. Gustavo Lopez, an employee at Spanish Fork Motors, said he saw the crop circle Monday when he took his two sons to a hill that overlooks the area.
"This morning a lot of people were standing on this hill looking at something, but I didn't know what," Lopez said. "Now I know why. I don't have an idea who made it, but it looks like it was made by machines."
The crop design is made up of four circles with one large center circle and three smaller outer circles that are all connected to the large circle. There were no marks in the surrounding crops that showed foot traffic of any kind.
The Utah County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
The circle appeared in one of the fields owned by farmer Paul A. Prior of Springville.
Prior was informed of the uncommon landmark Monday morning and was not pleased with the damage caused to his crops. "It was just a bunch of vandals doing some damage," Prior said. "I wish they wouldn't trespass, and I wish they would do their art somewhere else."
Prior estimated the damage to his crops was at least $300. He said he thinks the crop circle was created by some local kids or, at worst, some drunks looking for a good time.
Nearby residents were mostly unaware of the unusual sight, but those who did know of it said they weren't too worried.

I am glad I found a site with pics of the other crop circles found in utah. With the circle that formed in a field just outside Spanish Fork this past weekend, I wanted to see the other circles the news said had happened. One thing I would like to see, though, is a map of Utah with the locations of where the circles were discovered marked. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
If people are responsible for some of these creations, then maybe their designs are a different form of "automatic writing/channeling." Bottom line: The designs are very unique so whether alien or human inspired, we should be looking for the message in the pictograms rather than analyzing their effects on the crops and people. Remember Doug Ruby's book "The Gift"? He went underground about year after he wrote it and refused to discuss his work. He believes that the designs are two-dimensional representations of various parts of some type of craft. I wonder what he is doing now. --- "The most interesting thing about this Spanish Fork formation so far is we do have several reports one from the local newspaper reporter
- of animals behaving very peculiarly, just as we had in Arkansas."
"Just one day after Gene Bradford watched a documentary on crop circles, he noticed a strange symbol made in a wheat field between Salem (population 4,372) and Spanish Fork (population 20,246)" in Utah.
"The mysterious code, which is surrounded by three smaller symbols of the same pattern, surfaced Sunday morning," June 27, 2004 "and has startled passersby traveling on (Highway) U-89 in the southern part of Spanish Fork, just before Salem."
Spanish Fork is located in central Utah, approximately 55 miles (88 kilometers) south of Salt Lake City, the state capital.
"'You come down a hill and see it,' Bradford said, 'It's kind of one of those phenomenons everyone knows about. It's just one of those cultural things that people are fascinated by.'"
"Thanks to the 2002 blockbuster (film) Signs, in the movie, crop circles were said to be a mapping system used by aliens prior to an invasion. Many have grown interested in the designs, which have appeared in fields across the world for years."
"Bradford saw the Mel Gibson movie. Then he watched a documentary on the crop circle phenomenon. Intrigued, Bradford took his brother and children for a closer look at the strange designs."
"What he found was either the work of professional pranksters or a paranormal occurrence, though Bradford doubts the latter."
"'It looks like it is well done,' Bradford said, 'It's not one of the most elaborate crop circles that we've seen. It's fairly simple.'"
"Nate Gunderson, whose father owns the neighboring Spanish Fork Motors, also doubts that extraterrestrial visitors created the crop circle, though he was impressed by the appearance."
"'It's all completely laid flat,' Gunderson said, after investigating the matted wheat, 'And it's completely even across the whole thing.'"
"Gunderson noted that several walking paths are evident around the circle, though an influx of public visitors could have created them."
"Spanish-speaking employees at Spanish Fork Motors, however, experienced skepticism that humans could have created the perfect circles."
"One even mentioned that a dog cried for hours near the field on Sunday."
"In Utah, nine other crop circles have surfaced over the years. The largest showed up in on July 21, 1998, the same day that similar circles appeared in Oregon, Idaho and Belgium."

In short, the best report was Channel 4’s Larry Warren reports on the Crop Circle near the Spanish Fork area. The Crop Circle was first noticed on the Sunday morning of June 27, 2004 in Paul Prior ’s field of barley. Besides the news media, the circle was investigated by Melissa (no last name provided) who had just returned from investigating crop circles in Briton. She measured the circle and found that it was not symmetrical (balanced.) No details were given about the dimensions. The farmer thought it was amusing, but was upset about the loss of his crop. In general, the opinion is that it was done by local kids who wanted to create a “buzz” and in this sense they succeeded.

I missed the main report from Channel 5, but they had the shots from the sky which shows the best view of what the crop circle looked like. I'll send the rest of the pictures without any comments. Don Rogers
lUUFOH Investigator / Researcher Richard Nielson took measurements of the formation and checked the plants out. "Judging by the bent stalks and expanded and blown nodes, this one was the real thing. I also met a guy that appeared to be a CIA agent or the likes. He said he was with ISCAP." (very nervous dude) " I believe that this one and the Arkansas formations are symbolically related and could be relaying information concerning the emigrants from Arkansas that were murdered at Mountain Meadows by the Mormons disguised as Indians on Sept 11 1857." (The date kind of rings a bell doesn't it)?
The formation in Arkansas this year was a symbol called the "Wagon Wheel". Maybe the emigrants camped at that spot and the symbol does point South West in the direction of Mountain Meadows (just North of St. George).
UTAH Has Had 10 CROPCIRCLES that are known or Reported
THE TRUTH IS HERE IN UTAH
UTAH INVESTIGATIVE TEAM - CROPCIRCLES
lSpanish Fork, Utah, formation in barley first noticed by farm owners on Saturday night, June 26, 2004.
Large ring measured 25 feet east to west and 24.5 feet north to south, almost a perfect circle. Whole formation, including later added fourth "eyeball" measured 207 feet by 118 feet. - An addition of a fourth "eyeball" section appeared in two stages between Thursday, July 1, and Sunday, July 4.
lMysterious Lights Return?
Is this the second reported account of mysterious light phenomenon witnessed in a crop formation in Utah?
Thats right, its been reported before. ....
(BLT Research)- Nancy Talbot said during an interview with Dave Rosenfeld that his encounter back in 1996 is the first report of such phenomenon in the US.
Spanish Fork, Utah, is about 50 miles south of Salt Lake City.
July 6, 2004 Spanish Fork, Utah - Melissa Crumpton has gone more than once to the Spanish Fork, Utah, formation to measure the dimensions of its rings for Nancy Talbott's BLT crop and soil research project. The first time was after the farm owner reported the pattern on Sunday, June 27, 2004. That's when it looked like the aerial image below taken before July 1, by KSL-TV, Channel 5, from Salt Lake City. The large center ring measured 25 feet east to west and 24.5 feet north to south, almost a perfect circle. The pattern's overall dimensions were 207 feet by 118 feet, including the later addition of a fourth "eyeball" that appeared in two stages between Thursday, July 1, and Sunday, July 4. The KSL television aerial below does not show the "eyeball" addition. KSL might do more aerial photography and if so, this report will be updated. Melissa Crumpton is working on a new diagram that will show the additional feature with all the pattern's measurements.

It was on Sunday, July 4th, when Melissa went back to the formation to make more measurements that she found the addition had been altered again into something she compared to an "eyeball." That afternoon, I received calls from Utah phenomena researcher, Ryan Layton, saying a family had seen mysterious lights "dancing around" over the same area that the "eyeball" later emerged. As I have reported in my book, Mysterious Lights and Crop Circles, many people over the past decade have seen small lights around crop formations.
The eyewitnesses have requested anonymity, but the wife agreed to talk on the record about what she had seen with her husband and son, and later with her daughter. They also took photographs with a digital camera and a small cardboard throw-away camera which will be added to this report when available.
Female Eyewitness of Mysterious Lights, Spanish Fork, Utah: "Saturday night, July 3, 2004, we went over there. I had been there during the day a couple of times. It was around 11:30 p.m. and me and my husband and my son went over and we were looking to see if we could find any kids messing around.
Small White Lights
When we got there, we saw these little golf ball-size lights with tails. And there was probably fifteen or twenty of them.
They was different. Some of them were brighter or darker it depended on how close they were. The closer they were, the brighter they were. The farther they were, they even took on a kind of amber color.
COULD YOU DESCRIBE WHAT KIND OF MOTION THEY WERE MAKING?
Little squiggles all over. They wouldn't make a straight line. They made squiggles or curled or would do, almost dance.
HOW CLOSE TO THE TOPS OF THE CROP WERE THEY?
Some were right down into it. They kind of hung out on the southeast side (of the pattern). They all got together and were kind of dancing around. I told my husband I was going back the next day to see in the light.
YOUR HUSBAND COULD SEE THEM AS WELL?
Yes. We have them on video. We got them last night. However, what is really weird is that we took 26 or 27 pictures and we had a digital camera. We were taking pictures and we got to the end of it when we had a whole bunch of them and the camera started self-deleting and we had to turn the camera off to save. We had nearly 30 pictures and we ended up with 12 because that's how fast they were self-deleting.
"Ostrich Egg"-Sized Orange Orb Paced Car
The really strange thing is that the little white things somehow combine and become the orange orbs. I don't know exactly how that happens. Anyway, after we got home, my daughter called me and asked where the crop circle was because she had never seen one. I told her the rings were by Butler Hill. She asked if I would go with her and I looked at the time and it was like 12:50 a.m., almost 1 o'clock in the morning on Sunday, July 4. Why would we want to go there then?
She said, 'I want to see it.' So I said we could go. She came to my house and we got in my car at about fifteen minutes until 1 a.m. (Utah time). We both got in the front seat and her husband got in the back seat. We were driving on an old country road. We only live about six miles away from the crop circle. On the outskirts of town, there is a cemetery and we took the old road to see if we could see anything.
When we were passing the cemetery, Alfredo (daughter's husband) hollered, 'Oh, my God, look at that!' I looked over and there was this orange thing that was like an ostrich egg tipped to its side and it was floating to the side of us (driving in the car.) I noticed it for a few seconds.
ABOUT SIX INCHES IN DIAMETER?
Yes, like an ostrich egg and amber the color of a glowing coal.
A GLOWING COAL TO ME IS A RED, AND AMBER IS A YELLOW-GOLD.
Between the two, somewhere between the two. The glow itself was bright, but it wasn't actually giving off light. The orange light was just like an ostrich egg. I told my daughter, Desiree, 'Take a picture of that. See if you can get it on the camera.' We looked down at the camera and there were three little "U's" or letter "V's" and there was a little pocket of three of them.
SO THE ORANGE LIGHT TO THE EYE ACTUALLY LOOKED ON THE DIGITAL CAMERA FRAME LIKE THREE U OR V-SHAPED OBJECTS?
Yes. Then the battery light came on in my car. I have a 1997 Camrey. My lights went bright and dim and bright and dim, my door locks opened unlocked and locked and unlocked and locked. Then the orange light vanished. We rolled down the window to see more, but it would only roll down an inch at a time.
AS IF SOMETHING WERE REALLY INTERFERING WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND BATTERY OF YOUR CAR?
Oh, yeah. That thing kind of floated next to us kind of like it was playing. That's exactly what it was doing to my car. At one point my daughter says, 'Right now, it's behind us, about a car length behind us.'
I was driving and I had my foot to the floor, but my car wouldn't go more than 35 mph. Then when the thing got ahead of us and flew away, it was only a matter of seconds I was going 65 mph because my foot was still floored to the gas. It was like, 'I've played enough. Now, I'm leaving.'
WAS THIS ANYWHERE CLOSE TO WHERE THE SPANISH FORK CROP FORMATION IS?
Yes, it followed me about half way there. When it vanished, it went in the general direction of the crop formations.
WHY IS IT THAT YOU THINK THE SMALL WHITE OBJECTS THAT YOU SAW IN THE SPANISH FORK FORMATION MIGHT COME TOGETHER TO CREATE THE AMBER-RED LIGHTS?
Because when I took pictures on the digital, I took pictures of the amber light. When I put them on screen on the digital, that's when they become the little white things. So, you can take a picture of the orange in the digital camera, but on your screen you see white little V-like things. We had probably 29 pictures and the camera malfunctioned or something and it was deleting everything. We had to turn it off, but we did save twelve.
The "Eyeball" Addition to the Spanish Fork Formation
Thursday, July 1, 2004 - Melissa Crumpton found a circle had been added 23 feet east from the outer ring of the large ring.
Sunday, July 4, 2004 - Melissa found a further change in the circle of downed and standing plants that created the impression of an eyeball.
COULD YOU HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED FROM THE TIME THIS FORMATION WAS FIRST FOUND A WEEK AGO, AS I UNDERSTAND THERE HAVE BEEN ADDITIONS?
Right, when the little white lights on Saturday night was kind of dancing and I told my daughter we did not see anyone in the formation. We did not see anyone around. I said, 'This is really weird. What are they doing?' They got all together and did the little dance thing. She said, 'I don't know. I don't understand it.'
The next day on Sunday, July 4th, we went back there, the crop was in what looked like an eyeball in the circle that had been added on Thursday, July 1.
Mental Impression of Rejuvenation in Formation
THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT MYSTERIOUS LIGHTS LINKED TO CROP FORMATIONS.
Yes. There is no question in my mind. Right where those things were doing their little dance, the crop circle changed (into the eye).
DID YOU GET ANY VISUAL OR MENTAL IMPRESSION WHEN YOU WERE NEAR THE LIGHTS?
A lady asked me - said she had gone all over the world. After I walked into the circle, she came to me and asked, 'I want you to tell me the first thing that popped into your head when you walked into this crop circle.' I said, 'It's really weird because it was 'rejuvenation.' I don't know what that means. I don't know how that relates.'
She said, 'Yes, I got the same feeling, but I don't fear them. I'm not afraid of them. They aren't going to come and invade us. I just think they want us to know a little bit at a time hey, we're here and we're watching.'
She also said she just got back from Cairo and witnessed some sand circles. She said there was the same kind of energy and that some kind of line or grid, a line of energy runs along the surface of the earth.
LET ME SEE IF I UNDERSTAND THE SEQUENCE. THE FARM OWNER'S SON SAW THE FIRST PLANTS DOWN ON SATURDAY, JUNE 26. THE FARMER WENT OUT ON SUNDAY, JUNE 27, AND REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE. THEN ON THURSDAY, JULY 1, THERE WAS AN ADDITION OF A CIRCLE TO THE THREE RINGS AROUND THE LARGE RING. THEN YOU WERE THERE WITH YOUR HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER ON SATURDAY, WHICH WAS JULY 3, AND YOU ALL SAW THE WHITE LIGHTS MOVING AROUND. THEN YESTERDAY, SUNDAY ON JULY 4, IS WHEN AN EYE WAS FORMED WHERE YOU SAW THE LIGHTS MOVING AROUND ON SATURDAY?
AND LAST NIGHT, SUNDAY, JULY 4, YOU SAW THE AMBER LIGHT PACING YOUR CAR AND YOU TOOK STILL VIDEO IMAGES OF IT FROM YOUR CAR AS YOU TRAVELED BETWEEN THE CEMETERY AND THE FORMATION?
AND THE AMBER LIGHT PACED YOUR CAR UNTIL ABOUT HALF WAY TO THE SPANISH FORK CROP FORMATION AND THEN IT TOOK OFF VERY QUICKLY. IS THAT ESSENTIALLY A CORRECT SUMMARY?
DO YOU THINK YOU'LL BE GOING OUT THERE AGAIN TODAY?
Oh, yes. I wish someone could take an aerial photograph of the thing now because you would see there are additions.
ADDITIONS TO CROP FORMATIONS HAVE BEEN PART OF THE PHENOMENON GOING BACK TO THE EARLY 1990S. SO, FOR AT LEAST A DECADE, THIS HAS HAPPENED IN SEVERAL COUNTRIES.
AND YOU HAD NEVER SEEN ANY LIGHTS LIKE THIS IN CROPS BEFORE?
No, I've never seen a crop circle before in my life.
In an interesting note/ addition to Linda's report, UUFOH Director Dave Rosenfeld and partner witnessed, interacted and photographed mysterious lights in another Utah Cropcircle back in 1996. His encounter lasted approx. 1 hour.
Nancy Talbott of BLT Research said that his encounter back in 1996 at theProvidence, Utah"Glyph" formation with the unknown light phenomenon : "This is the first account we know of in which witnesses both observed visually and interacted over an extended period of time with light balls in a crop formation--and obtained photographic evidence of the experience. "
July 4, 2004 Spanish Fork, Utah - Over the past decade, there have been at least nine crop formations in Utah and at least three in the Provo and Spanish Fork area south of Salt Lake City. But the largest was in College Ward, about 80 miles north of Salt Lake City and Provo, in 1998 on the same day that similar circles appeared in Oregon, Idaho and Belgium.
This year on Saturday night, June 26, 2004, a Spanish Fork farmer noticed plants down in a barley field. He called his father who owns the field. The father was angry that any intruder would touch his plants and called the police. By Tuesday morning, June 29, a story about the new, 4-ring Spanish Fork crop formation was published in the local newspaper.
Nancy Talbott, President of BLT Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, heard the news. Nancy has been testing plants and soils from crop formations for several years and in 2004, she is studying what effect energy systems that create patterns in crops might have on mycorrhizal fungi that are known to grow symbiotically in plant roots. So she organized some samplers to coordinate with the farm owners and surface soil, soil plugs and plants were collected for study.
Nancy Talbott, President, BLT Research, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts: "The crop is barley and there are no tramlines as we're used to them (in England). The plants have node elongations, but relatively subtle. The only way to tell for certain would be to do an analysis of the node lengths. Also, node expulsion cavities were seen by the BLT samplers.
Spanish Fork, Utah, crop formation discovered in barley by farm owner's son the evening
We've done surface soil sampling and core sampling for the mycorrhizal fungi study. We did quite a bit so it took a couple of days to get it all done.
(Howe's Note: Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AM) has been found in association with plant roots all over the world. A clear symbiotic relationship has been demonstrated whereby plants exude photosynthates for the fungus to metabolize; in return, the fungus scavenges for essential elements that may be rare in a particular soil.)
It's a study of fungi in the roots of the crop circle plants. The idea here is that these energies hypothesized to create crop circles are likely, if they have an effect on the plants as demonstrated by Levengood's work over the years and on the minerals as demonstrated by the XRD study we could then expect that we would see changes in the fungi that will be consistent with exposure to one energy or another. The idea is to see if we can find supporting evidence for any of the data that's already been submitted by various studies by different people. You don't know what you're going to find until you've done it.
WHEN DO YOU THINK YOU'LL HAVE RESULTS BACK ON SOIL AND PLANTS?
This fungi study is going to take all summer long. We're going to look at five or six of these (in crop formations) this summer and the results of that won't be available until the fall or winter probably winter 2004. The surface soil work on this might be ready in a month.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PREVIOUS DATA FROM FUNGI STUDIES IN THE ROOTS OF CROP CIRCLE PLANTS?
No, this is a brand new first time look. There are a wide variety of questions and hope we are going to have the right ones.
PART OF WHAT YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR WOULD BE THE EFFECT OF SOMETHING LIKE A MICROWAVE RADIATION OR IONIZATION PLASMA IMPACT ON ROOTS?
Right. What would the presence of microwave radiation do to (the fungi?) There is already it's known that these fungi respond to certain conditions in certain ways. Therefore, if in fact the microwave radiation was present or ionization or this energy that seems to be responsible for the changes in the crystallization of the clay minerals there should be some sort of marked effect on at least some of the fungi. That is what we are looking for.
YOU MIGHT EVEN SEE COOKED FUNGI?
I can't answer that. I suspect so, but I can't say yet.
Crystallization in Soil Clay
WHAT ABOUT CRYSTALS IN THE SOIL? (BLT conducted an x-ray diffraction study, XRD, of clay-mineral crystallization in a 1999 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada crop formation. See: http://www.bltresearch.com/xrd.html
The XRD study is very expensive and the only sensible way to do that is first of all, you've got to have a lot of money to pay for the work. And you have to do a lot of samples and a lot of controls to do an XRD examination. One or two or a half dozen samples does not mean anything. So, there is no point, unless you are doing a real major study, you can't just look for them simply, is what I'm trying to get across. I'm hoping some day to repeat the XRD study, but it will be an entire project, if we do, and it will mean we've been able to raise significant funding.
What Spanish Fork Residents Saw and Heard
The most interesting thing about this Spanish Fork formation so far is we do have several reports one from the local newspaper reporter - of animals behaving very peculiarly, just as we had in Arkansas. See 06-02-04 Earthfiles. A dog, or multiple dogs, at the business across the road were reported to have been barking all night long and carrying on. Then we found a neighbor abutting this property who had a dog and a cat, both of which were making very strange noises throughout the night. These animals were both inside the house and they were described as making eerie noises and refused to go outside, which is not normal. They normally go outside quite a bit.
And apparently a woman who lives in that house at some point went outside to see why the animals what was causing the problem with the animals and she reports that she became frightened outside and got a very creepy feeling and had to go back inside. She didn't see or hear anything, but her home is within a quarter mile of the field. Something spooked her. This is an interview being followed up now.
The only other report that was interesting that there was cell phone failure reported by the farmer's son in the formation and I gather that was on Tuesday, the first day he went in. He reported that his cell phone would not work. The field workers that their batteries failed consistently in their cameras and they had to replace them three times in order to get the photographs we take on the ground.
Then I got an e-mail from a local visitor on Wednesday who said his son was able to use their cell phone on Wednesday.
SO A TRANSIENT EFFECT?
So, it was either a very brief effect or the owner's son there was something wrong with his cell phone. The camera, however, is working perfectly normally since it was inside the formation. It just got battery drainage when it was in there.
DID ANYONE REPORT ANY LIGHTS OR UNUSUAL AERIAL PHENOMENA?
There is one report we are still chasing and I have a feeling it's going to take us a week or so. But there is a report of unusual light phenomena and until we know the details, I would rather hang back.
Crop Formation's Physical Impact On Farmers
Another thing is that the farmer's son and field worker both reported a very intense aching of their legs. This has been reported in Europe in a couple of situations and I think you might remember in Maryland some years ago?
YES, BLUE BALL, MARYLAND.
When I visited that case several weeks after it occurred, I also had this. People who had growing pains in their legs as kids might remember. It's a very distinct and unpleasant ache that many children go through as their bones are growing and developing. That's what the farmer's son reported in this case the night after he was in the formation, which would have been Tuesday, June 29. The field worker reports the same thing and since it is not widely known that that can happen, I wonder if it might be important in this case also.
DOES THE LEG ACHE AFFECT SOME PEOPLE AND NOT OTHERS?
The aching thing in every case I know about where that has been reported it has in fact affected everyone who was there at that time.
CLOSE TO THE TIME THE FORMATION WAS CREATED.
Yes, and usually in specific locations in the formation. I know in Holland where this has occurred a number of times, Robbert Van den Broeke's father has told me many times that his son would report various feelings or insights or would see things that the father wouldn't. The father told me he wished that he could. Then there was a formation a couple of years ago that they related to a member of their family who had passed on. Robbert was feeling the tingling in his legs very strongly and told his father exactly where to stand. In that case, when Peter did stand in that area, he then experienced the aches in his leg also. And that's what happened to me when I was in Maryland when George Reynolds, who was the field worker in that case, told me where he had been standing and I felt it also quite strongly. Later that day, it hurt like the dickens.
I REMEMBER THAT BLUE BALL FORMATION AT THE TIME WAS THE LONGEST NODE LENGTHENING AND REORIENTATION THAT W. C. LEVENGOOD HAD EVER MEASURED.
The most elongated, yes. Since then there have been one or two others that were at that range or slightly greater, but that was up to 200% elongation.
