Charles has an MA degree in Physics, and during his stint with the Air Force, was assigned to The Nellis Bombing And Gunnery Range as weather observer. During that time he had many encounters with the ‘Tall Whites’. He will explain his interaction with them, what they look like, where they are ‘based’ and what their feeling is toward humans. IKE BISHOP

Ike began his interest at an early age when he and his father had a visible close encounter with a “craft from another world” He has been investigating them ever since, using his training as a former Private Investigator to help uncover the ‘mystery’. Ike is a Former State Director for MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) for 10 years, retiring in 2004 with the hope of bringing together like minds, for the benefit of mankind. This Conference is an example.
