UFO Fly- Over Salt Lake City Occured as Predicted?
Salt Lake City, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, a place for Olympic heroes and UFOs.
Numerous people spotted UFOs across the SLC valley, on 2/21/2002.

The Utah UFO Hunters, a local UFO Search Group, first considered this predicted event to be a long shot, at best, but they were going to be watching anyway just in case anything did show up. UFO Search Group member Dave Rosenfeld was watching from the Red Butte area in the foothills East of Salt Lake City, at the corner of Tabby Lane and Colorow Way near Red Butte Gardens. he arrived at 12:00 noon as predicted by Victoria Liljenquist. As he watched the sky for any unusuall objects he snapped a few pictures of Jets leaving Contrails. and tried to get the two F-16s that flew over at 1:43 PM. At around 2:13 PM he noticed a flash of light towards the North end of the city above the foothills. He trained his camera towards it, and got his first photo of a unknown object near the city. He watched it for around four minutes then it seemed to disappear. He drove down the street about a block to get a better angle on the area.
"I was very suprised to see it, I wasn't really expecting it" said Dave. "When I noticed that it was something strange, I thought, OK here we go!". It did show itself again, at 2:19 PM, As he watched the unusuall object or UFO, it moved without sound and was traveling to the East -South/East very slowly,along the foothills. "Almost Hover-Like and was a Silver- brown color, changing shape, and kinda pulsating" following the foothills around towards him.
He took an estimate of its size, " about twenty feet in diameter" was his best guess. 'and about 1000 to 2000 feet in altitude" as he was snapping away with his camera he thought, " Wow, but its no mothership thats for sure" all the time thinking about the best shot to take. It slowly made its way towards the the mountain to the East of him where the Moon was rising, he thought " If I can get a shot of it near the moon that would be cool!" he ran out of film, and quickly changed the roll, to try to get more shots before it went over the mountain. He got around 10-12 photos of this Object.---------------Some of the photos with close ups are below.

He also showed his photos at the Salt Lake City MUFON meeting -2/23/2002 at the Hunter Library 4100 south 4800 west between 2:00PM and 5:30 PM with Victoria Liljenquist who had and video of the object she seen over the Wasatch mountains east of Salt Lake City.
Also at around 6:00 PM a squadron of five F-16s flew over the area ,"Hauling ass" to the East, Probably because of all the reports of UFOs coming in, no reports regarding interception of any UFOS were reported or confirmed.
As we keep our eyes to the skies here in Salt Lake we wonder why here? because of the amount of people here,? or is it a Paranormal Hotbed as Dave Rosenfeld said Last Week on Internet radio -Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis.
